Tammy at the front desk has had the worst attitude every time I come in, she is arrogant and rude every time I speak to her. She inputted my address incorrectly and sent bills to the wrong address that got lost in the mail that I never received. She called and left rude messages, but I work two jobs and go to school. I returned her calls multiples times and left messages, their hours did not align and they are only open 4 days a week with shortened thurs hours. They have no online payment option. I ended up paying my bill with another guy but no one told me that they cancelled my next appointment that I waited months for. I had an appointment scheduled and drove all the way there just to find out that they dismissed me as a patient even though my bill was paid. They neglected to tell me that on the phone so the actual dentist is fine but the front desk lady needs a whole attitude adjustment. That way she spoke to me on the phone is unacceptable as just a front desk lady.

I have been going to Rose Street for 20+ years. Working with Dr. Tim Wentzloff and the Dental Hygienist has always been great. I missed setting up my next appointment. When I tried to set one up I was told it was several months out and I need to be put on the wait list. Okay, fine, I get it. But now they stopped responding and returning calls to try and get that appointment setup. They must of brought in new front desk staff who does not know how to run things. They don't respond to emails. They are dismissive. They say one thing and do another. For that reason, I would not recommend going to Rose Street.

My five year-old son had a cavity that was causing him some pain. This dentist got me in the next day and he and his staff are so professional and wonderful with kids! We had a GREAT experience and I highly recommend!!! 🙌❤️

I had major dental work done by Dr. Wentzloff. He was the best. He's very concerned about his patients well being. All the staff there is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you again to you and your staff Dr. Wentzloff.
